Teaching Assistant – Flexible Cover Role

Are you a dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Newton Abbot? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to support multiple schools on a cover basis, with the potential for a full-time role.

About the Role:

• Flexible cover opportunities in primary and secondary schools across Newton Abbot
• Support children’s learning and development in a variety of classroom settings
• Work alongside teachers to provide tailored support for individuals and small groups
• Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment

About You:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (or relevant transferable skills)
• A proactive and adaptable approach to working in different schools
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and well-being
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
