Job description
Part-time Primary Teaching Assistant wanted in Slough!
We are currently seeking an excited and vibrant Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant educational community in Slough.
Pay:
£84 to £90 per day (NEGOTIABLE!)
Responsibilities:
Assist the classroom teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Support individual students or small groups with their academic and social development.
Collaborate with the teaching team to implement lesson plans and educational activities.
Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere within the classroom.
Provide additional help to students with varying learning needs.
Contribute to the overall welfare and pastoral care of students.
Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Requirements:
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient and empathetic approach to working with students.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Basic understanding of educational principles and practices.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the classroom.
A commitment to promoting an inclusive and diverse learning environment.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, during school hours (08:30 - 15:30). A minimum of 1 day per school week (Monday to Friday)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
