About the Role:
- Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
- Location: Lincoln and nearby areas
- Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll:
- Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them overcome challenges.
- Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Assist students with additional needs, ensuring their full participation in activities.
- Prepare learning materials and maintain classroom organisation.
- Monitor student progress and communicate with the teacher to adapt strategies as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working in a primary school setting, particularly in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
- A passion for supporting children’s development and helping them reach their full potential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
- Knowledge of child development and the flexibility to meet individual student needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
