Join Our Dedicated Team of Teaching Assistants in Wimborne!

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are an education-based agency working with schools in the Wimborne area, and we're looking for compassionate and dedicated Ad Hoc Teaching Assistants to support students with a variety of needs.

About the Role:

  • Support students with Autism, Behavioural Needs, Learning Difficulties, Complex Needs, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
  • Work in dynamic, inclusive environments where no two days are the same.
  • Provide one-to-one and group support, helping students engage with their learning and reach their full potential.
  • Flexible, ad-hoc opportunities, allowing you to work around your schedule.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN is beneficial but not essential.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to individual student needs.
  • A passion for creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all students.
  • DBS check (we can assist with this if needed).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
