Job description
Teaching Personnel are seeking a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to work full time across all years of KS1.

Role: Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Washington
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons
- Support individual and small group learning
- Help with classroom management and create a nurturing environment
- Foster a love for learning and encourage students to reach their full potential
- Work closely with the class teacher to monitor progress and provide tailored support

- A positive and proactive approach to supporting young learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role (desired but not essential)
- A commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children
- A passion for education and making a difference in children's lives

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
