Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are seeking a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to work full time across all years of KS1.

Role: Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Washington
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons
• Support individual and small group learning
• Help with classroom management and create a nurturing environment
• Foster a love for learning and encourage students to reach their full potential
• Work closely with the class teacher to monitor progress and provide tailored support

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a similar role (desired but not essential)
• A commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
