Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners?

Here at Teaching Personnel, we believe every child has the potential to shine brightly, and we’re looking for a kind-hearted and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team! If you love working with children, have a passion for supporting their learning, and believe in fostering a fun, positive environment, we’d love to hear from you!

The schools we partner with are warm, welcoming places where laughter fills the halls, creativity flows in the classrooms, and every child is encouraged to reach for the stars! As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the school community, helping children grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working alongside teachers to support lessons and help children explore, discover, and learn
  • Providing extra support to students who may need a little extra help to build their confidence and skills
  • Creating a positive, fun, and supportive atmosphere in the classroom where all children feel valued and motivated
  • Assisting with sports activities, games, and extracurricular events to inspire teamwork and healthy fun
  • Helping out with day-to-day classroom tasks, from setting up activities to ensuring our students have everything they need
  • Supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) in their learning journey

Who We’re Looking For:

We want someone who is energetic, caring, and ready to bring a smile to every child’s face! If you have experience in sports coaching or have led youth groups, that’s a huge bonus – your skills can help bring out the best in our students and help them grow in confidence, teamwork, and leadership.

You’ll be:

  • A great listener who knows how to make learning fun
  • A team player who can bring energy and enthusiasm to everything you do
  • Patient, kind, and eager to support children as they explore the world around them
  • Someone who loves sports, outdoor activities, and helping children build new skills both in and outside the classroom
  • Ready to roll up your sleeves and make every day exciting for students!

What We’re Looking For:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Experience in sports coaching or working with children in youth groups (great but not essential!)
  • A love for helping children and creating a positive, exciting environment
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a fantastic team

Why Join Our Team?

  • A super supportive, friendly team who will make you feel right at home
  • Endless opportunities to develop your skills and grow professionally
  • A chance to be part of different schools where every day is a new adventure with the children
  • A role that’s both rewarding and fun – you’ll make memories every single day!

If you’re looking for a role where you can have a real impact and help students grow into happy, confident learners, we’d love to meet you! Don’t miss the chance to be part of our incredible education agency.
