About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school team. In this role, you’ll work directly with students, supporting them in their learning and development, and ensuring that each child has the tools they need to succeed. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a school that is dedicated to nurturing and inspiring young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Behavioural Support: Help manage classroom behaviour with a positive and constructive approach, ensuring a calm, focused learning environment.
  • Assist with Administrative Tasks: Provide additional support with tasks such as preparing learning resources, marking, and classroom organization.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Confidence & Enthusiasm: You’ll need to be someone who is eager to dive in and contribute from day one. Your confidence will help you support both teachers and children with enthusiasm.
  • Experience with Children (Preferred but Not Essential): Whether you have experience in childcare, teaching, or have volunteered with children, it’s a plus. But we’re just as excited to meet someone with the right attitude and energy.
  • Driving License: While not mandatory, being able to drive will help you in this role as we work across different locations.
  • Team Player: Working collaboratively with teachers and fellow staff is key, so we need someone who thrives in a team environment and is committed to shared goals.
  • Adaptability & Reliability: We’re looking for someone who’s flexible, reliable, and able to rise to the challenge when needed, ensuring our students always get the support they deserve.

Why You Should Join Us:

  • A Supportive and Inspiring Team: You’ll be part of a caring and dedicated team that truly believes in the potential of every student and educator.
  • Professional Development: Whether you’re looking to build on existing skills or learn something new, we offer training and growth opportunities to help you achieve your career goals.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a great balance with school hours and holidays off, giving you plenty of time to recharge.
  • Make a Real Impact: You’ll be shaping the future of young learners, making a tangible difference in their lives each and every day.

If you’re ready to bring your energy, positivity, and passion to a role that’s all about helping children succeed, we’d love to hear from you!
