Teaching Assistant
Job description
Are you someone who enjoys helping young children grow and learn? We’re looking for a Primary Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in Stoke, where you'll be working alongside a dedicated team, supporting children in their day-to-day learning.
You don't need to have loads of experience—just the right attitude and a love for helping kids. If you're patient, caring, and ready to make a real difference in the classroom, we want to hear from you!
What’s involved?

Helping the teacher prepare and deliver lessons.

Supporting individual students or small groups with their learning.

Encouraging children’s confidence and emotional development.

Being a positive role model and helping create a friendly, welcoming classroom environment.
What we're looking for:

Someone who enjoys working with children and has a real passion for their development.

A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm and patient.

Ideally, a bit of experience working with kids, but not essential—if you’ve got the right mindset, we can teach you the rest!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
