Teaching Assistant

Are you someone who enjoys helping young children grow and learn? We’re looking for a Primary Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in Stoke, where you'll be working alongside a dedicated team, supporting children in their day-to-day learning.

You don't need to have loads of experience—just the right attitude and a love for helping kids. If you're patient, caring, and ready to make a real difference in the classroom, we want to hear from you!

What’s involved?

• Helping the teacher prepare and deliver lessons.

• Supporting individual students or small groups with their learning.

• Encouraging children’s confidence and emotional development.

• Being a positive role model and helping create a friendly, welcoming classroom environment.

What we're looking for:

• Someone who enjoys working with children and has a real passion for their development.

• A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm and patient.

• Ideally, a bit of experience working with kids, but not essential—if you’ve got the right mindset, we can teach you the rest!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
