Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and vibrant primary school in Stoke. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting both the class teacher and students. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson delivery, providing one-on-one support to students, helping with classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment. You will also work with children who may need extra help in developing specific skills, offering tailored support to ensure all students reach their full potential. In addition, you’ll be helping to prepare teaching materials, assist with group activities, and support students during break times and other school activities.

This role offers a competitive pay range of £85 to £95 per day, and the school is committed to supporting your professional development. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
