TEACHING ASSISTANT
Are you a caring and enthusiastic individual looking to embark upon a new career within education?
Have you had previous experience as a TA or have relevant experience working with children in a supportive role?
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people and children would be beneficial.
- Confident behavioural management skills with relevant experience.
- Have a passion for the students wellbeing.
- Promote safeguarding principles at all times.
- Be an organised , flexible and reliable individual
- Understanding of special educational needs
Job Role:
- Support students alongside class teacher
- Follow guidance of class teacher to assist with classroom duties
- Work closely with pupils to support their learning and development
- Work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils with different learning needs
- Support pupils with special educational needs
Teaching Personnel are working closely with an amazing school within the Solihull area to recruit a hard working and reliable teaching assistant. The ideal candidate will have previous educational experience, be competent with safeguarding policies and procedures and have a passion for educating/supporting.
