Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Shaftesbury

Salary: £12.90 per hour (hours 8:30am till 3:30pm)

Requirements & Desires:

• Can provide 2 references
• Confident to communicate with class teachers, other colleagues and pupils within the classroom to ensure smooth learning experiences.
• Support teachers through different periods of the day including 1-1 and small group activities.
• Previous experience with children ages 4-11 years
• Can work under pressure and use their initiative when needed.
• Can be reliable, flexible and display good time management skills.
• Have a positive and can-do work attitude.
• Passionate about pupils learning and wanting to help them exceed.
