Caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant required to join our inclusive and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs, helping them to thrive both academically and socially.
The Role:
✔️ Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs
✔️ Assist the class teacher in adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs
✔️ Support students with communication, social, emotional, and behavioural development
✔️ Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
✔️ Work closely with SENCOs, teachers, and parents to ensure student progress
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children, or children/adults with SEN
A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to learning support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A passion for helping students reach their full potential
✅ Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
