Teaching Assistant – Learning Resource Base – NP11
Are you a dedicated Teaching Assistant ready to make a difference? We’re recruiting a compassionate Teaching Assistant to support a Learning Resource Base in NP11, helping pupils with additional learning needs succeed academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant Role:
- Work closely with pupils with ALN/SEN, providing personalised support to enhance learning
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to adapt resources and ensure every pupil’s needs are met
- Engage in one-on-one and small group sessions to reinforce learning and build confidence
- Support positive behaviour and a caring, inclusive atmosphere
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous Teaching Assistant experience, particularly with ALN/SEN, is beneficial
- Patient, proactive, and skilled in building rapport with young learners
- Flexible team player with a passion for making a positive impact

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
