Join Our Team as a Supply Teaching Assistant!
Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and looking for flexible work in the Poole area? We are recruiting dedicated Supply TAs to work in primary schools across Poole.
Your Role:
✅ Assist class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
✅ Support classroom management and create a positive learning environment
✅ Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
✅ Follow school policies and contribute to the learning experience
✅ Help set up classroom resources and activities
✅ Build positive relationships with students and staff
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children
✔️ Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (preferred but not essential)
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔️ A flexible and proactive approach to supporting learning
✔️ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
