Teaching Assistant - Mainstream Secondary School, Plymouth
Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their educational journey? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Plymouth. This full-time role (Monday to Friday) starts after the Easter holidays and is likely to continue until the end of the academic year.
About the Role:

Supporting Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils throughout their lessons.

Working closely with the class teacher to ensure a positive learning environment.

Providing tailored assistance to students who may need additional support.

Helping to maintain classroom engagement and behaviour.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working in a school setting/ working with children
-
A proactive and supportive approach to learning.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-
A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
