Are you currently looking for work as a Teaching Assistant in Northamptonshire? Are you an outgoing, hardworking individual with the desire to further young people’s education? This may be the job for you!
We have multiple vacancies at our partner schools in the Wellingborough area of Northamptonshire who are searching for hard working and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants capable of working with small groups or 1:1.

I am specifically looking for Teaching assistants who can get to the Wellingborough area of Northamptonshire. We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, highly motivated and compassionate individuals who are hardworking, committed and reliable. Effective candidates will play a key role in providing the best quality of teaching along with motivating and encouraging students to fulfil their upmost potential with the absence of their normal teacher.
Ideal candidates:
- Previous experience working with young people and children.
- Considerable behavioural management skills with experience.
- Have a unique and creative approach to their teaching.
- Have a passion for the students wellbeing as well as commitment for safeguarding measures.
- Organized, flexible and reliable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
