Teaching Assistant
Job description
We are looking to appoint two permanent Teaching Assistants to work at our Partnership SEN School in Quiddenham, Norfolk. This is commutable from Norwich and surrounding areas within Norfolk and Suffolk. However you will need your own transport due to the location of the School.
Ideally you will have previous experience, however, applications from those with either personal experience or a passion to work with children with Special Educational Needs will also be considered.
The position is set to start as soon as possible and is permanent.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have a willingness to support and contribute effectively towards the learning outcomes of each class taught by the Teacher
- Able to work full time during school hours
- A desire to support pupils with SEN, in particular those with SEMH and ASC
In your role you will be expected to actively contribute in class activities and provide 1:1 support when needed, as well as general support for both the pupils and the class teacher if they require it.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
