Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Newcastle. If you have a passion for supporting children’s education and want to make a positive impact in the classroom, this is the role for you.

About the Role:

• Position: Teaching Assistant
• Location: Newcastle
• Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time, Temporary/Permanent
• Start Date: Immediate

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting classroom teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
• Assisting students on a one-to-one or small group basis to help them reach their learning targets.
• Helping with classroom management and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Preparing and organising learning materials.
• Providing general support to students, including helping with social development and behaviour management.
• Monitoring and tracking student progress, providing feedback to the teacher as necessary.
