About the Role:
- Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
- Location: Newcastle
- Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities across the curriculum.
- Supporting individual students or small groups to ensure they’re fully engaged in their learning.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment.
- Working with students with additional needs to support their learning and well-being.
- Preparing classroom materials and resources for lessons.
- Keeping track of student progress and reporting to the teacher.

What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in a primary school setting, ideally working with Key Stage 1 or 2.
- A real passion for supporting children’s development and learning.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- The ability to work as part of a team and adapt to the needs of the students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
