At Teaching Personnel, we are working closely with a school in Newcastle who are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who can join the school to help support EYFS pupils. This school has a desire to enable all pupils to succeed and achieve their greatest potential. The successful educator will be working in a full-time role (8:30am-3:30pm). The school have commented on the successful applicant coming into school beforehand for scheduled handover days (availability dependent), this would ensure a smooth transition for the pupil as well as relevant information to be communicated prior to the start date.
The perfect candidate will:
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Relevant experience working with children, within a school setting.
- Share outstanding Early Years practice, knowledge and expertise.
- Understand the Early Years curriculum and has a good understanding of the recent changes in EYFS framework.
- Level 2 Safeguarding Course (We can offer training for this qualification)
