Are you a Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in primary education? We are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team and support primary schools across Monmouth and the surrounding areas.
✨ The Role:
✔ Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
✔ Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils who need extra help
✔ Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a nurturing learning environment
✔ Supporting children with ALN when required
✔ Helping with classroom organisation and activities
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
✅ A positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
✅ Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
