Job Title: Teaching Assistant (SEN Experience Required)
Location: Milton Keynes
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm)
Salary: £85 - £95 per day

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students who require additional support with their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN, helping them to access the curriculum and participate fully in class activities.
• Work alongside teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans.
• Support students with emotional, social, and behavioral challenges, fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment.
• Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and productive learning space.
• Help with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
• Observe and monitor student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential.
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• A valid Enhanced DBS check (or the ability to obtain one).
