Are you passionate about supporting children with complex additional needs?
Teaching Personnel are looking for recent graduates to take on Learning Support Assistant roles in Special Needs schools, alternative provisions and Primary Schools in South Manchester.
These schools work with students who have complex needs such as Autism or with cases of challenging behaviour and physical disabilities.
The schools operate on very small class sizes and offer individualised support to students.
Within this role you will:
- Support children to reach their learning goals and develop their skills
- Help teachers and other members of staff with vocational activities and potential outings
- Provide feedback in line with EHCPs
- Support students on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis with work they are struggling with
These roles will be full-time and within school hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
