Job Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant – Lincoln
Location: Lincoln
Pay: £85 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term Time Only)
Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Lincoln, working with pupils of all ages to support their day-to-day learning.
About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential. You’ll provide individual and group support, adapting learning activities to suit the needs of each pupil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students across all age groups with their daily learning and activities.
- Work closely with teachers to assist in delivering tailored educational plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide assistance with personal care, if required.

Requirements:
- Experience within a care and/or SEN setting is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
