Location: Immingham, North Lincolnshire
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting students with one-to-one and small group activities.
- Help with lesson planning and preparation.
- Deliver focused interventions to support student progress, including implementing personalised learning plans.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
- Monitor and record student progress, effectively communicating insights with staff.
- Adjust to various school settings, building rapport with students and colleagues across different environments.
- Uphold safeguarding policies to ensure a secure and supportive learning environment for all students.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting is desirable.
- Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate are beneficial but not essential.
- Must be willing to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
