Your Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inspiring learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and provide tailored support to students.
- Help with lesson planning and classroom preparation, ensuring a smooth learning experience for students.
- Deliver focused interventions to support individual and group learning needs.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families to promote a cohesive school community.
- Support the development of an inclusive and welcoming environment for all learners.
- Maintain safeguarding best practises to ensure the safety and well-being of every child.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking dedicated individuals with a genuine passion for education and supporting children. While experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting is preferred, we welcome applications from those with transferrable skills and the drive to make a difference.
Desirable (but not essential) Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational, care, or support setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
