About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant/Homework Hero, you’ll work alongside our awesome teaching staff to create an exciting, supportive, and dynamic classroom environment. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact on students’ learning experiences, assist with lesson plans, help with hands-on activities, AND be a positive influence on young minds.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with classroom management and student engagement.
• Support young people with their work, answering questions, and providing guidance.
• Help prepare and organise learning materials and activities.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and fun classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers to provide personalised support for young people.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude and a love for working with young people.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• An openness to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the class.
• Prior experience in education or a related field is a plus but not required!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
