Join Our Team: Teaching Assistant for Students with Special Educational Needs
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Working Hours: 08:30 - 15:30 (Term Time Only)
Salary: Starting at £90 per day, with the potential to increase based on experience
Key Responsibilities:

Support students with special educational needs in both classroom and individual settings.

Assist with personal care as needed.

Work alongside teachers and other professionals to create an inclusive learning environment.

Help to implement tailored learning strategies for students with diverse needs.

Foster a positive, nurturing environment for all students to thrive.
Requirements:
-
Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.

A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach.
-
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents.

A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
