Level 2 Teaching Assistant – Garstang

Location: Garstang

Start Date: After Easter Half Term

Salary: £13.70 per hour 

Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible)

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support a school in Garstang, starting after the Easter half term.

The Role

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
  • Work with small groups and individual pupils to enhance learning.
  • Assist in classroom management and behaviour support.
  • Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

About You

  • Level 2 TA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with primary or secondary-aged pupils.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learners.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for helping children reach their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
