*Teaching Assistant**Doncaster*
Are you looking for a flexible role that can fit around your existing commitments?
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a large Trust of Schools, based across the Doncaster area. As part of their recruitment plans for September, the Trust are looking for Teaching Assistants to join them and work across their schools. As there will be some local travel involved, access to your own car would be necessary. As part of your role, you will support children on a 121 basis, or in small groups, as well as supporting the class teacher with classroom management. You may be expected to work with children with SEN, or children who are expressing challenging behaviour. As some children had a very disrupted year and struggled to access Online Learning, you will be working with children to 'bridge the gap' and accelerate their progress.
The Trust is based across Doncaster and prides itself in improving standards and collaborating to share best practice across their schools. They state;
‘Inspiring Beyond Measure’ embodies our passion by stating our commitment to ‘educate, not just school’. Resilience, Empathy, Aspiration, Contribution and Happiness are encouraged and nurtured in all of our students in our academies and also in our staff – at both the academy and Trust level.
