Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant for schools in the Corby area. About the Role:
- Assist teachers in the classroom by supporting students with their learning needs.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support, especially to students with additional needs (depending on the role).
- Help create an inclusive, engaging, and positive learning environment for all students.
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to help students reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and support students with diverse needs.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
