Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant (Flexible Contract)
Location: Chesterfield

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who require additional help.
- Assist in creating and organizing learning materials, activities, and resources.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
- Supervise students during breaks, outings, and other school activities.
- Help maintain a tidy and organized classroom space.
- Offer guidance and support to students to encourage their personal and academic development.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in the well-being of students.
- Flexibility in adapting to different teaching styles and classroom environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
