Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who require additional help.
• Assist in creating and organizing learning materials, activities, and resources.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
• Supervise students during breaks, outings, and other school activities.
• Help maintain a tidy and organized classroom space.
• Offer guidance and support to students to encourage their personal and academic development.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in the well-being of students.
• Flexibility in adapting to different teaching styles and classroom environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
