About the role:

Pay per day - £83.85

Hours – 8:30-3:30

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking to recruit a proactive and hardworking Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School in the centre of Cardiff. The role would consist of supporting a class in Foundation Phase with general classroom assistance, with the possibility of the successful candidate being taken onto a permanent contract. You would be joining a passionate team in a school that aims to create a welcoming and positive environment for all pupils. 

Successful Candidate Criteria:

• Confident nature in classroom and good behaviour management.
• Ability to create supportive relationships with all pupils and staff, whilst creating a positive environment.
• Experience working with children or within Foundation Phase classes is desirable.

What you will need:

• Enhanced DBS (Child Only) checks must be completed before the role will commence – (Teaching Personnel can help you with this!).
• Registered with the Education Workforce Council - mandatory requirement in Wales.
• Experience personally or in a working environment with children (desirable).
