Teaching Assistant – Bude

Position: Teaching Assistant Location: Bude, Cornwall
Salary: £77 - £94 per day
Start Date: September 2023

Job Description: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide essential support in the classroom, ensuring a conducive learning environment for students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the delivery of educational activities and lessons.
- Providing one-to-one support to students who require additional help.
- Helping to create engaging and interactive learning resources.
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) or individual education plans (IEPs).
- Promoting positive behaviour management within the classroom.
- Contributing to the overall well-being and development of students.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or a related role is advantageous but not essential.
- Must be a UK resident
- A genuine passion for working with young learners and helping them thrive academically and emotionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with various age groups and abilities.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
