Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant for a school in Bradford and that is adaptable across key stage 1 and key stage 2. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced and knowledgeable classroom teachers, who will give you the tools and support needed to succeed.

As a Teaching Assistant you will:

• Depending on the requirements of the class, you will work with the whole class, small groups, or on a 1:1 basis.
• Supervise and provide learning support for pupils according to their individual needs.
• Provide varying levels of individual attention, reassurance, and support across the class.

The successful candidate will:

• Maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
• Have strong communication and listening skills.
• Be enthusiastic, proactive, and caring.
• Be passionate about making a difference to the lives of children.
• Adapt a range of methods and approaches to support the pupil.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
