The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students both academically and emotionally. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.

Supporting individual students and small groups with their learning and development.

Encouraging positive behaviour and social interactions.

Helping to create an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.

Providing emotional and pastoral support to students as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an individual who:
-
Has a genuine passion for working with children with additional needs.
- Has experience supporting young people or young adults with mental health difficulties.
-
Is patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with students.
-
Works well as part of a team and is proactive in supporting learning.
-
Has experience working in a school setting (desirable but not essential).
-
Has excellent written and spoken English as some students have communication barriers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
