The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students both academically and emotionally. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
- Supporting individual students and small groups with their learning and development.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and social interactions.
- Helping to create an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
- Providing emotional and pastoral support to students as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an individual who:
- Has a genuine passion for working with children with additional needs.
- Has proven experience supporting children with special educational needs, in any type of setting.
- Is patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with students.
- Works well as part of a team and is proactive in supporting learning.
- Has excellent written and verbal English as some students have communication barriers.
Working hours are listed below. You must be able to work full hours to be considered:
Monday and Tuesday 08:30 - 16:00
Wednesday and Thursday 08:30 - 15:15
Friday 08:30 - 15:00

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
