The Opportunity:
- Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Qualifications Required: Achieved or predicted 2:2 or above in any Honours degree
- Ideal Candidates: Aspiring teachers, SEN specialists, and educational psychologists
- Core Responsibilities: Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Location: A welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Bournemouth
- Commitment: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Start Date: January 2025

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver 1:1 sessions tailored to individual needs.
- Assist teachers in lesson preparation and classroom setup.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes engagement and growth.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
