Teaching Assistant – SEN/SEMH Support
Location: Bourne, Lincolnshire
Pay: £85 - £100 per day
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)
Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges? We have multiple roles available for dedicated Teaching Assistants in Bourne, Lincolnshire.
About the Role:
- Provide one-to-one and group support to students with SEN/SEMH needs.
- Assist in managing behavior and promoting a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to tailor support to individual student needs.
- Support students in building their confidence, independence, and academic skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience or interest in working with SEN/SEMH students (essential).
- A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting students.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, term-time only.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
