Teaching Assistant – Supporting Complex Needs Students
Location: Bourne, Lincolnshire
Pay: Starting at £85 per day with potential to rise
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students with complex needs? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bourne, Lincolnshire, supporting children and young people of all ages in an inclusive and nurturing school environment.
About the Role:
- Provide tailored support to students with complex needs, promoting their academic and personal development.
- Assist with personal care tasks as required.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with students to help them thrive both academically and socially.
What We’re Looking For:
- A compassionate and patient individual with a commitment to supporting students with additional needs.
- Experience in SEN support is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to working with children of all ages and abilities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
