About the Role
- Work closely with teachers to provide personalised support for students in both one-to-one and group settings.
- Assist in delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning.
- Help students develop their social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment where students feel valued and encouraged.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about working with young people and committed to making a positive impact.
- Has experience supporting children or young people with additional needs
- Has a patient, empathetic, and understanding approach to supporting students with a range of needs.
- Is a strong communicator and a proactive team player.
- Can adapt to a flexible, dynamic environment and think creatively to support individual learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
