Long-Term Teaching Assistant Opportunity – NP12 Area
Location: NP12, Caerphilly County Borough
Start Date: Immediate / Flexible
Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Salary: £89.38 - £95 per day

✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional help
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with classroom activities, preparation, and pupil supervision
- Provide emotional and behavioural support where needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with children (school-based, childcare, or youth work settings)
- A calm, nurturing, and positive attitude
- Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable, but not essential
- DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply through us)
