Position: Part-Time Teaching Assistant (Mornings Only)
Location: FY3 Area, Lancashire

Contract: Temporary, Part-Time (Mornings Only)

About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a welcoming primary school in the FY3 area starting in January 2024. This part-time position is perfect for individuals passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Assisting pupils with their learning on a one-to-one or small group basis.
• Managing classroom behavior effectively in line with school policies.
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Supporting children with additional learning needs when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting.
• A patient, caring, and supportive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to the school’s needs and support learners effectively.
• A valid DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
