As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in supporting students with additional needs. You’ll help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment where students can thrive. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support students: Work closely with children and young adults to help them achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.
- Provide one-on-one assistance: Offer tailored support to students with additional learning needs, ensuring they stay engaged and motivated.
- Foster student well-being: Help students feel safe, supported, and valued in the classroom and beyond.
- Collaborate with staff: Work alongside teachers and other school staff to maintain a positive, dynamic, and inclusive learning environment.

- Requirements: An Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply for one) is mandatory for this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
