Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – SEMH Primary School near Andover

About the Role

  • Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalized learning strategies.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience: Prior experience as an LSA or in a similar role, particularly in an SEMH setting, is essential.
  • Qualifications: A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or SEN support is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy are vital for building relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Passion: A genuine desire to help children overcome barriers to learning and succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
