Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Andover
Salary: £12.90
Hours: Full-time, term time only
Contract: Temporary to Permanent (via Teaching Personnel)

An outstanding SEND primary school in Andover is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their supportive team. This small school provides a nurturing environment for pupils with additional needs, with class sizes of no more than 9.

Key Requirements:

To be considered, you must have at least one of the following:

  • Experience supporting pupils with additional needs.
  • Relevant qualifications in SEND education.
  • Previous experience working as an LSA in a primary school setting.
