About the Role

As a Flexible Teaching Assistant with Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of school settings, supporting pupils with diverse needs. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing general classroom support to teachers.
• Offering 1:1 or small group support to pupils.
• Assisting children with SEND, behavioural, or learning difficulties.
• Adapting to different school environments and age groups.
• Supporting pupils with emotional and social development.

Who We’re Looking For

✔ Experience working with children in any educational setting (desirable but not essential).
✔ A team player with excellent communication skills.
