Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support and Reception TA)
Location: CF3 Area
Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Are you an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant ready to make a real difference in a vibrant and welcoming school? We’re looking for someone passionate about supporting children and eager to take on a new challenge.
About the Role
- Morning: Provide 1:1 support to a child with autism, helping them thrive in a nurturing and structured environment.
- Afternoon: Assist in a reception class, working collaboratively with the teaching team to support general classroom activities and help young learners flourish.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven 1:1 experience, particularly supporting children with autism or additional learning needs.
- A positive and proactive attitude, ready to contribute to the school’s friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
