Teaching Personnel are working with an excellent SEMH School located in East Grinstead that cater for Primary and Secondary students that struggle with their mental health due to child trauma and PTSD.

Students can struggle with their self-esteem and anxiety so we are always on the lookout for enthusiastic and nurturing individuals who can contribute to their wellbeing and help them success in education! This excellent provision currently requires a Science Teacher, Food-Tech Teacher and Primary Teacher to join the team as soon as possible.

Duties;

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities in your specialist subject
• Managing behaviour and helping students overcome barriers preventing them from succeeding in education
• Monitoring pupil progression and liaising with colleagues to ensure the appropriate support is in place
• Attending staff meetings, parent’s evenings and ongoing training
• Supervise support staff in the classroom

• Role: Primary Teacher, Science Teacher and Food-Tech Teacher required
• Contract: Full-time, Permanent
• Location: West Hoathly East Grinstead, West Sussex
• Annual Salary: Paid to scale (M1-M6), £31,650 - £42,607 per annum
• Travel: School is in a rural location with no reliable transport links, owning a car and driving licence is essential
