Are you a passionate educator looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners? Teaching Personnel is recruiting Teachers and Teaching Assistants for mainstream and SEN schools across Newport and Torfaen. We offer a range of full-time, part-time, and flexible positions.

You will have the opportunity to support students from Early Years to Post-16, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as autism, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties. Whether you are an experienced professional or new to the classroom, we want to hear from you!

Available Roles:
✅ Teachers (Primary, Secondary & SEN): Deliver engaging lessons and foster student development.
✅ Teaching Assistants (TA): Support teachers in delivering 1:1 and small-group learning.
✅ SEN Support Staff: Work with students with additional learning needs (ALN).
✅ Cover Supervisors: Manage pre-set lessons across various subjects.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teachers (QTS) – NQTs are also welcome.
Teaching Assistants with classroom or care experience (preferred, but not essential).
A genuine passion for working with children, particularly those with additional needs.
Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
EWC registration (we can help you with this process).
